Since WRPC was founded in 1946, church members have contributed to the support of many mission workers around the world. Currently, the WRPC supports the following missionaries:
Henry and Lottie Haswell, Brazil
Having successfully brought three churches to be self-governing,
self-propagating, and self-supporting, the Rev. Henry Matthew Haswell, Jr., and
his wife, Lottie Blanche (Dibert) Haswell, were invited by the Board of National
Missions of the Presbyterian Church of Brazil to serve both an organized church
and an unorganized congregation in the southernmost state, Rio Grande do Sul.
Although these congregations have had more than 30 years of mission support, they have not reached "maturity", and the objective now is to enable "these believers in Christ to serve as mature Christians who can govern themselves, carry on the ministries of worship, service, and outreach, and financially support the needs of the church and its pastor" , writes Henry. The Haswells' hope that the seven existing communities of Presbyterians in greater Porto Alegre could be organized into a presbytery was realized in January 1991.

Frontera de Cristo (Christ's Border)Mexico and the U.S. share a 2,000-mile border. At 7 places along this border U.S. and Mexican Presbyterians carry on a ministry to people in need. One of these border ministries is located at Douglas, Arizona and Agua Prieta, Mexico. Douglas is a small Arizona town. Agua Prieta was small but has exploded to over 100,000 people since factories were built there by U.S. companies. Many Mexicans have come there to find employment. Shannon Moses, a mission volunteer from Presbyterian Church (USA) is a young doctor's assistant involved there in evangelism and social services with Mexican co-workers Rev. Jesus and Rosario Gallegos. The newest congregation is called Lily of the Valley Presbyterian Church in
Agua Prieta. Youth groups and work/study groups of all ages are welcome to come
help in this mission.
