The WRPC Chancel Choir is a choir of adults dedicated to high technical and artistic performance standards of sacred choral literature from the Christian religion. This choir normally sings for the 11a.m. worship service each Sunday. They also sing for other services observing major Christian feasts and fasts (such as General Communion, Christmas Eve, and Good Friday) and occasional concerts. The quantity of music performed is fairly extensive and some reading skills and choral experience is helpful though not completely necessary if one has excellent tonal memory. Solo voices are not required, but a well-focused voice that blends with its section and consistency in rehearsal attendance are extremely important.
